Luxury Villas at Palms Koh Samui

Palms Koh Samui is a new residential development on the hillside behind Bang Por village. The whole area of 23 rai has excellent sea views, with Koh Phangan and Koh Tao visible on the horizon. Koh Samui’s exotic sea view luxury estates

Residential projects at Tongson Beach: Coco International

Tongson Bay is a picturesque beach cove with white sand and blue sea as seen on many postcards. For a long time Tongson Beach remained secluded and nameless on Koh Samui. The sand road that led there was very rough, and the remote location at the northern tip of the island attracted few visitors.
Coco International, Ocean View Project, Tongson Beach, Koh SamuiCoco International Properties Company commenced development and construction at Tongson Beach in 2003 with the launch of the Ocean View project. Ten three-bedroom villas, a club house and a 32 meter swimming pool are now completed directly at the beachfront of Tongson Bay.
One hundred meters behind, on the hill slope is a second development with easy access to Tongson Beach and very nice sea views. View Talay Villas are larger and even more luxurious than their cousins on the beach. They all have a private swimming pool.
