Palms Koh Samui is a new residential development on the hillside behind Bang Por village. The whole area of 23 rai has excellent sea views, with Koh Phangan and Koh Tao visible on the horizon. Tongson Bay is a picturesque beach cove with white sand and blue sea as seen on many postcards. For a long time Tongson Beach remained secluded and nameless on Koh Samui. The sand road that led there was very rough, and the remote location at the northern tip of the island attracted few visitors.
